Nicole Ansari has spent the last three decades working as an actor, director, writer & producer while consciously pursuing a spiritual path.

She will be recognized for her advocacy for the freedom of Iranian women specifically, in their fight for freedom and liberation from the oppressive regime of the mullahs, and for her fight for gender equality in general. She lives with her husband Biran Cox and their two sons in Brooklyn, New York.
