Welcome to your portal.
Please visit this space regularly. Below you will find a space where you can apply for your accreditation and festival pass. The passes are personal only (no Plus one). You will get 4 complimentary tickets per team (6 if two directors are involved) or if your film is a feature (doc or narrative), you need to register (below accreditation form) for attending filmmakers to get a badge.

Before the festival:

We have put together an interesting program of 75 films from 23 countries. The film list and information are available on the Sparqfest streaming site and will be embedded on the festival site once everyone uploads their films.

You can use these hashtags #SRFilmFest, #takeaseatandbemoved, or #SRFF2023 when posting on social media.

Our Twitter handle is @SRFilmFest and we will retweet your tweets if you mention the festival and your film in the selection.

Our Facebook page is SRFFny LIKE it, to keep abreast of what is going on with the festival. Remember to always tag us in your posts.
During the festival:

Your film poster may be displayed only on the day just before your film on an easel. There is no room in the cinema for permanent display. Do NOT send them in advance.

Happy Hours will be announced and filmmakers will be invited. A schedule will be available upon arrival.

If you have group tickets, ONE person should pick up the whole bunch and give them to the group members.
Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions, and please spread the word, not only about your film but also about the festival as a whole, the panels, and your fellow filmmakers' work in the slate.

Some of you have been very proactive and have purchased block tickets for your films. We list these purchases and will save those seats. Don't wait too long, because the Early Bird tickets will soon expire.

Tickets, Discounts and Comps
Discount tickets for friends & family:

As a filmmaker with a film in the selection, you are offered one All-Access festival pass. This will allow you access to all the films, workshops, and networking events during the festival week.

RETRIEVAL OF BADGES takes place at the first venue where the festival opens or the next venue after that if you are not arriving until the day of your screening. Comps need not be retrieved. Just give us the names of the people you want to use your comps.

You can attend any screening free of charge on a standby basis with your badge, provided that film projections are not sold out. If you absolutely must attend a film and you don’t want to take a chance, you can use your badge and get a discounted ticket ahead of time or an early bird ticket for $7.

You have 4 complimentary tickets to your own screening that you can share with your film crew, producer, cast member, etc. If more is needed let us know and we will try to accommodate when possible. 6 tickets for feature films and feature documentaries.

Your family and friends can benefit from the Early Bird tickets. Once these expire they can still purchase discounted tickets as a group of 10 for $7 each.

For discounted tickets to other films, there are several options: Group tickets for $7 ea (minimum of 10 tix), or $7 early bird ticket used in any combination. These will not be available after March 1st.
Sending your Screeners
1. If sending a DCP— please send the full kit or a DCP hard drive by UPS, FedEx, DHL - we do not have the means of downloading huge DCP files with all the details and storing them.
DCP's via UPS, FedEx, DHL: we do NOT have accounts. We are just letting you know the various preferred means. You can use the postal services if you prefer.
2. Short films should send an .MOV (or MP4) 422 ProRes file with a stereo backup.
4. In all cases, ALWAYS include a backup.

If you are attending the festival, we will gladly give you back your DCP, or HD right after the screening. Please come up to us and remind us. We may forget, in which case if you have not sent a Self-addressed stamped envelope, otherwise we will not be able to ship it back to you.
Please include a return postage-paid envelope with your DCP, or, HD, etc. if you want your materials to be posted back to you. We cannot return materials unless self-addressed return labels are included.
Returning your Screeners
Having your DCP and film Material returned to you
If you want your DCP returned there are one of these three things you can do:
a. Include a Self Addressed Stamped Envelope with your package.
b. If you cannot, or forgot, then, if you are attending the festival, please make sure you come and see us and/or see the projectionist right after your screening and get back your DCP that very night.
c. If you are not attending and did not include a self-addressed stamped envelope, then you can pay through PayPal or Venmo, and we will ship it back to you. Please indicate the address where you want it shipped in an email.
